Q. what’s your return policy?

A. I’m happy to replace or refund any lost or damaged item, just drop me a line and I’ll do my best to make sure you get your purchase! There’s no need to send the damaged item back to me in order to receive a replacement.

If you’d like to return or exchange an item that isn’t damaged, drop me a line and we’ll find a solution that works for us both. Any eventual refund or exchange in this case may exclude the cost of shipping.

For international orders, be patient with your respective shipping providers before fretting! Depending on the provider and the customs processing in your country, it can occasionally take up to 2 to 3 weeks for a package to arrive. 

If your item gets lost due to an incorrect address being entered at checkout I may ask that you pay for redelivery.


Q. i’m an international buyer, is there something i should keep in mind when ordering from your shop?

A. Welcome! Yes, please keep in mind that international buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes and Additional Postal Fees that may apply once the order reaches its destination. All orders are shipped from Stockholm, Sweden.
